History of the Fatou Dieye Foundation
Fatou Dieye Foundation (FDF) was created in 2020 in honor of my mother, who was a public educator for over 40 years in Senegal, West Africa. FDF is organized exclusively for charitable purposes.
Rasheed A. Diallo: Founder, Rasheed is a native of Senegal and emigrated to the United States at a young age. He is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer, specializing in Human Resources Management. He is also a retired Department of Defense Senior Manager. He has a Bachelor’s Degree of Organizational Management from Columbia Union College (now Washington Adventist University) and a Master’s Degree of Public Administration from Central Michigan University. He is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville Virginia and several advanced leadership and management courses.
Board of Directors
Collectively, the board provides strategic direction for the overall management and operations of the organization. The board meets at least once a year with the Executive Director.

U.S Army Veteran. Currently a Federal Police Lieutenant.
Retired Army Sergeant Major and Human Resource Manager with over 37 years of experience in HR operations and military studies. Volunteers as a business consultant with three small businesses within the Virginia/Maryland area. Continuing ongoing mentorship and counseling to young and upcoming professionals.
Mr. Anderson is a seasoned professional with more than 40 years of management and leadership experience. Served in a numerous senior capacity to include the Department of the Army expert in responding to technical policies and procedural questions. Mr. Anderson is actively in involved the community by supporting food and clothing drives.
Former IT Specialist, System Analyst, Program Manager. Currently an IP Telephony Engineer/ Technical Lead.
